  • Be mobile and in reasonable physical condition

  • Not be excessively afraid of heights

  • Speak English Fluently

  • Be practical and good at problem solving

  • Reliable and trustworthy

Other Desirable Qualities (Non Essential):

• • Yacht Rigging Experience

  • Engineering Experience

  • Climbing Experience

  • Own tools

  • UK driving licence
